This medium roast blend is grown within the microregion of Bruselas, known for having the sweetest and fruitiest coffees to come out of Colombia. From the first sip, you’ll taste the bright flavors of lime zest and pear. On the palate, this blend deepens and brings out the notes of milk chocolate, vanilla, and dark caramel. A well rounded cup with a lingering finish, our Colombia roast makes a great start to any morning.
Not only is this blend delicious, it also comes from one of the few entirely woman owned and operated farms! Ana Gloria Rodriguez started Villa Valentina seven years ago, naming the farm after her daughter. Rodriguez has spent years cultivating different varieties of coffee, while staying dedicated to using best practices, avoiding harmful chemicals, and creating a supportive environment for the women she employs.
